4. User Accounts and Responsibilities

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for keeping your account information current.

Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our programs, all sales are final. However, we offer a 14-day satisfaction period during which you may request a full refund if you are not satisfied with the program.

All content, programs, videos, texts, recipes, and methodologies are the exclusive property of Shir Alon and Shiré brand. This includes but is not limited to:

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tel Aviv, Israel.

For users residing in the United States, California state law shall apply where relevant, without regard to conflict of law principles.
