This shifts you from "I have to" to "I get to."

Ask yourself: "How do I want to feel today?"

This gives your day direction.
## Midday rituals
### 4. Breath breaks
Every few hours, take 1 minute to breathe.
Inhale for 4. Hold for 4. Exhale for 6.
This resets your nervous system. It brings you back to center.

Before eating, pause. Ask your body: "What do you need?"
Sometimes it's protein. Sometimes it's warmth. Sometimes it's simply presence.
